A New Partner in CARAGA Region

SURIGAO CITY, SURIGAO DEL SUR – In Surigao City last April 12, 2022, A-PAD PH OIC-Executive Director Athea Penaloza and PCCI Eastern Mindanao Regional Governor Julie Senense signed a Memorandum of Understanding setting the framework for greater collaboration on business and community resilience in Region XIII. Prior to this event, a training on Business Continuity Planning was held
in Tandag City in March, followed by a consultation meeting with local chambers of commerce and business clubs in Surigao del Sur. Both organizations, along with multi-sector partners in Mindanao, conducted a series of emergency relief delivery
missions to communities affected by Typhoon Odette(Rai) in the region from December 2021 until April 2022.
