The Asia Pacific Alliance for Disaster Management Philippines (A-PAD PH) is a country platform that is a member of a transnational disaster aid alliance working to facilitate cooperation and understanding between governments, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations in the Asia Pacific Region. Since A-PAD was founded in Tokyo, Japan in 2011, national platforms have been established in Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and South Korea.

To further strengthen alliance work and effectively carry out its mission, A-PAD PH was formally established as a non-stock, non-profit organization in the Philippines on January 20, 2021. The national officers are based in Quezon City while regional coordinators oversaw operations from Legazpi City, Cebu City and Davao City.
