With funding or material support from local and global partners, A-PAD Philippines implements a program to assist grassroots communities across the country in preparing for and recovering from disaster events. Depending on availability of resources and extent of damage to the local community, A-PAD may extend assistance from recovery to rehabilitation, up to 2 years or more after a disaster.
