These events, hosted at the Legazpi Convention Center and Robredo Museum Auditorium, marked a significant milestone in fostering resilience and collaboration in the Bicol region.
The event served as a forum for open dialogues, knowledge sharing, and network formation. The aspiration was to foster linkages that would empower microenterprises to access vital assistance during and after disasters. This assistance could come from various sources, including government bodies, banks, insurance companies, and major corporations.
